媚洋的建筑太多了，尤其是住宅都喜欢顶个瓜皮帽，不伦不类别提多难看，上海也有很多这些楼，早就应该限制了，现在建了这么多再来管迟了！

那是因为国内动不动都要求建商办写字楼，现在国外一大堆城市都是靠住宅摩天在刷数据，养商办写字楼太贵了，而且还可能租不出去，而且还要求开发商自持，写字楼的全生命周期的维护管理成本吓死人，所以现在没几个开发商愿意建了。住宅摩天就不同了，可以让接盘侠养楼，而且本身卖楼就赚大了，后面还可以赚接盘侠的物业费，反正所有风险都丢接盘侠身上，比如说纽约 芝加哥 釜山 孟买 迪拜 吉隆坡 莫斯科 墨尔本 多伦多 巴拿马 之类的都是大力发展摩天住宅业态，国内动不动都是要修商办写字楼的，所以现在很多都是修得很慢很慢，像釜山乐天大厦510也是因为釜山当局不允许增加住宅业态的面积，所以乐天集团就不修了，直接改成300+观景塔了，乐天集团要求大幅度增加住宅业态面积不然风险太大，一栋超级摩天很可能就变成一个坑钱的黑洞了，像哈利法塔和王国塔之类的基本上都是住宅，就是好卖了回本，而且让接盘侠来养摩天何乐而不为。
